Description
When we think health, we think movement, sleep, breathing, plants, meditation, touch, and water. In this training, you focus on the plants. When envisioning a healthy lifestyle, we cannot overlook the power of vegetables/plants in our diets. Beyond the horizon of nutrition, there is a growing yet highly unregulated space that needs clarity: medicinal application of plants. Experience a supercharged review of the most current research in the field for cannabinoid science.
You will explore the body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS) and its importance of “directing and correcting” almost every cellular process in our body. The ECS has roles in digestion, inflammation, immunity, stress responses, wakeful and restful states and has been shown to be neurologically protective following injury to our nervous system. Science has been limited in its progress in the fields of endocannabinoid and phytocannabinoid science; until now. You will be challenged to think outside the box on your current beliefs about physical and mental health; and how patient preference, clinical evidence and scientific research all play a key role in patient centered care.
