She is the founder of the Clinical Supervision Directory, host of the Supervision Simplified podcast, and an international speaker on supervision, leadership, and neuroscience. Dr. Parks brings a brain-based, ethically grounded perspective to supervision and training, helping professionals navigate emerging challenges in the field.
