Kelly Ann Sklanka, PharmD Related seminars and products
Kelly Sklanka, PharmD, received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Wilkes University Nesbitt School of Pharmacy in Wilkes-Barre, PA. She is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at the Wilkes University Nesbitt School of Pharmacy. Additionally, Dr. Sklanka operates a clinical practice site at Geisinger Health System’s Centralized Clinical Pharmacy Services (CCPS) department, a clinical telepharmacy, focused on Medication Therapy Management (MTM). In these roles, she is responsible for providing quality patient care through completion of Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) and serving pharmacy students through didactic and experiential education.
Previously, Kelly worked as an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist, specializing in primary care. Throughout her time in primary care, she served as a drug information expert, often assisting primary care providers and advanced practitioners in the selection of appropriate medication treatments for a variety of conditions, including migraines.
