Description

Hormonal contraceptives are prescribed for a growing number of symptoms, not all of which are even tied to birth control.  As women begin to think about stopping the pill, they are faced with more questions than answers.  Will I get my period back? When will fertility return? How can I navigate post pill symptoms?  Restore hormone balance and create a healthy and healing blueprint using food and a mind-body approaches to get to the root cause of period & fertility problems.

Olivia Wagner, RDN, LDN, IFNCP, is a functional dietician specializing in women’s health, specifically PCOS, period problems, and fertility. The purpose of her work is to help women address the root causes of their health challenges with personalized nutrition, realistic lifestyle support, advanced lab testing, and mind-body practices as the first line of intervention. The most rewarding part of her work without a doubt is empowering women in their health and feminine being. Watching women find sustainable health balance and re-establish trust in both mind and body nourishment is AMAZING and a driving message in her practice. Olivia’s background includes a strong foundation in nutritional and exercise science, advanced training in integrative and functional medicine, and certificates in mindful/intuitive eating practices allowing for a deep understanding of the relationship between food, body and mind. Her intention is to guide women back to a place of reconnecting with their inner wisdom and learning to heal, nourish, and sustain health in a way that feels truly authentic.
