Endorsement

“The ACT Toolbox for Kids translates the core processes of acceptance and commitment therapy into activities that are playful, developmentally appropriate, and clinically useful. This is a fantastic resource that child psychologists will reach for often.”

—Emily Ferguson Zoltowski, PhD, researcher and child psychologist, Stanford University

“The ACT Toolbox for Kids is a creative, practical, and deeply thoughtful resource for clinicians working with children and teens. What stands out most is how clearly it translates ACT concepts into developmentally appropriate language, metaphors, and activities that are both engaging and clinically meaningful. The workbook makes it much easier to move from theory to intervention, offering hands-on tools that are flexible enough to use across a wide range of clients, issues, and settings. I especially appreciate the balance of structure and creativity, which makes it easy to integrate into therapy while still feeling fresh and accessible. This is the kind of book that belongs on a clinician’s shelf—not just to read, but to use again and again.”

—Dr. Matt Snyder
