Stu is a teacher, a physical therapist, and a human movement junkie. Stuart began his PT career on the Big Island of Hawaii where he worked with all levels of athletes and orthopedic patients. Stuart owned and operated the Champion Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy clinic in Denver, CO. Champion specialized in sport-specific analysis and treatment that utilized a biomechanical, manual and functional medicine approach to problem solving. Stu is currently a director at Panther Physical Therapy and Sports Performance in Colorado where he continues to treat many patients and athletes of all levels.
Stuart graduated from Colorado State University with a BS in Exercise Sport Science, emphasis on Sports Medicine, and Human Anatomy and Neurobiology. He went on to earn his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver, CO. Stuart has consulted for the USA Triathlon and has gained a respectful reputation as a running and cycling expert. He also served as the lead PT for the Colorado Ballet. Currently he is an affiliate faculty member for Regis University. He has submerged himself in SFMA Level 1 and 2, and has become FMS certified. He has completed Level 1 of 2 of the Functional Dry Needling certification.
Stuart presents on many topics including skiing, running, cycling, functional medicine, exercise as medicine, injury prevention, and functional ergonomics. He enjoys being outside and active with running, biking, hiking, snowboarding and playing on sports teams including ice hockey and soccer. Stuart’s favorite thing to do is be with his amazing wife and their two awesome young children.

Tony Mikla, DPT, CSCS, XPS

Tony Mikla, DPT, CSCS, XPS, is a sports physical therapist and performance coach. Dr. Mikla speaks and teaches nationally on sports physical therapy and is active in research having published multiple papers in international journals. He is the founder and CEO of KIME Human Performance Institute focusing on improving people's lives through movement and physical therapy. He previously served as the physical therapy manager at the world renowned EXOS in Phoenix, AZ, working with best athletes in the world.
He is the medical director for Sacramento Sports Commission and adjunct faculty in PT at Sacramento State University and Northern AZ University. In 2015, Tony was named a finalist for the NSCA Sports Medicine Specialist of the year. Tony speaks nationally on movement principles. He is both published in peer-reviewed articles (Journal of Sport Physical Therapy, Journal of Sports Medicine) as well as nationally recognized magazine publications (Sports Illustrated and Shape Magazine).
He has worked tirelessly in implementing movement retraining principles at the highest level of competition, including the Olympics in Beijing, London, and Rio. He blends the worlds of performance and physical therapy to help unite the greater purpose of Sports Medicine at the youth, collegiate, active adult, and pro level.

Dr. Jon Mulholland has over 20 years’ experience helping athletes of all levels with injury recovery and performance enhancement. In addition to running his own practice, Dr. Mulholland has also acted as the chiropractic consultant for the United States Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, NY, successfully treating dozens of Olympic athletes. He has traveled extensively as one of the team chiropractors for the US Bobsled & Skeleton teams. He has worked multiple World Championship events in a variety of sports and has treated athletes from dozens of different countries. He was the sports medicine & performance enhancement consultant for the New Zealand Cycling teams at the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London, where he helped the team win two Olympic medals. Dr. Courtney Conley is the founder and creator of Gait Happens where she has the opportunity to truly realize her dream of helping as many people as possible reclaim their foot function.
She’s a renowned foot and gait specialist who teaches both nationally and internationally. Dr. Conley is a chiropractic physician who specializes in foot and gait mechanics. She holds a BA in Kinesiology, a BA in Human Biology, and a doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine.

Julia Mitchell is a clinical physiotherapist and RockTape Instructor, with a passion for supporting women during pregnancy and postpartum. She completed her Master of Science in physiotherapy from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada, and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in human kinetics with honours from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia, Canada. She has worked in the private practice physiotherapy industry in Nova Scotia for many years, and is proud to provide focused, movement based, one on one care to all of her clients.

Paul Herberger, BS, CPT CF-2, is a Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit Judge and Level 2 Certified CrossFit coach. He is also a Certified Ironman Triathlon coach who has coached numerous athletes to the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii and Ironman 70.3 World Championships. Additionally, Paul holds coaching certifications from USA Swimming and USA Cycling. Paul owns and operates Epic Fitness, a functional fitness center in Bozeman, Montana, where he manages a staff of coaches and trainers and oversees both in-person and virtual training programs.
