Dr. Milica McDowell is an orthopedic physical therapist with over 20 years of experience. She’s owned a sports medicine practice in Bozeman, MT for 20 years, was a university faculty in human performance and most recently worked for Rocktape for 8 years in professional education and business development. She is an author of numerous global continuing education courses, has worked as a textbook editor and is an author of numerous professional and lay publications. Jamey Gordon, PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS, is an expert in sports rehabilitation with over 20 years of experience guiding athletes to peak performance. Passionate about helping clients reach their full potential, he has worked with a host of professional athletes in the MLB, NFL, NBA, and Olympic levels, as well as thousands of youth, high school, collegiate, and recreational athletes.

He serves as the director of athletic development at Pro X, where he oversees all rehabilitation, speed, strength and agility training, and skill development activities. Dr. Gordon travels nationally to present seminars on athletic development and sport rehabilitation, and he is known for his dynamic, hands-on teaching style.

In addition, he serves as a fellowship mentor and clinical instructor for the physical therapy program at Washington University in St Louis, his alma mater for both his Masters and Doctoral degrees.

Tony Mikla, DPT, CSCS, XPS

Tony Mikla, DPT, CSCS, XPS, is a sports physical therapist and performance coach. Dr. Mikla speaks and teaches nationally on sports physical therapy and is active in research having published multiple papers in international journals. He is the founder and CEO of KIME Human Performance Institute focusing on improving people's lives through movement and physical therapy. He previously served as the physical therapy manager at the world renowned EXOS in Phoenix, AZ, working with best athletes in the world.

He is the medical director for Sacramento Sports Commission and adjunct faculty in PT at Sacramento State University and Northern AZ University. In 2015, Tony was named a finalist for the NSCA Sports Medicine Specialist of the year. Tony speaks nationally on movement principles. He is both published in peer-reviewed articles (Journal of Sport Physical Therapy, Journal of Sports Medicine) as well as nationally recognized magazine publications (Sports Illustrated and Shape Magazine).

He has worked tirelessly in implementing movement retraining principles at the highest level of competition, including the Olympics in Beijing, London, and Rio. He blends the worlds of performance and physical therapy to help unite the greater purpose of Sports Medicine at the youth, collegiate, active adult, and pro level.

Meghan Helwig PT, DPT, is an experienced outpatient orthopedic clinician based out of Carlsbad, CA where she owns and manages Primal Strength Physical Therapy. Since graduating with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rutgers University in 2009, she has earned numerous certifications as a trained provider of full body Active Release Technique (ART), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT3). In addition, she is a trained practitioner in IASTM, kinesiology taping, and performance movement techniques through RockTape, for whom she conducts national trainings.

Mitch Hauschildt, MA, ATC, CSCS, serves as the prevention, rehab, and physical performance coordinator at Missouri State University, making him the leading expert on staff in the areas of injury prevention and rehabilitation.

At MSU, he utilizes his knowledge of performance enhancement and sports medicine to coordinate comprehensive healthcare programs for all 19 varsity sports. Mitch is founder and president of Maximum Training Solutions, LLC, a full-service sports medicine consultancy that he created to help coaches, trainers, therapists, and other health professionals and athletes to reach their full potential in their athletic related endeavors.

Over the years, Mitch has consulted with a variety of clients including universities, private therapy clinics, large market health systems, personal training studios, and high schools. Mitch has personally worked with thousands of athletes throughout his career. His clients have won world series rings, played in the NFL, NBA and MLS, and competed in the Olympics, but most importantly, they have achieved great personal success in local competitive events and leagues. Dr. Jon Mulholland has over 20 years’ experience helping athletes of all levels with injury recovery and performance enhancement. In addition to running his own practice, Dr. Mulholland has also acted as the chiropractic consultant for the United States Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, NY, successfully treating dozens of Olympic athletes. He has traveled extensively as one of the team chiropractors for the US Bobsled & Skeleton teams. He has worked multiple World Championship events in a variety of sports and has treated athletes from dozens of different countries. He was the sports medicine & performance enhancement consultant for the New Zealand Cycling teams at the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London, where he helped the team win two Olympic medals. His practice includes on- and off-site treatment of athletes, and he has extensive history playing and coaching competitive sports. Formerly an international basketball player, he serves as a coach with the Olympic Development Program for the United States Soccer Federation. In his spare time, he competes in marathons and full ironman events.

Dr. Le Cara has been helping individuals overcome pain and return to activity for over 21 years. With an extensive work history and educational background, he combines his experience as an Army Medic, strength & conditioning specialist, chiropractor, and researcher to provide the most evidence-based and effective treatment programming. Engulfed in ways to improve patient outcomes, he stays on top of the current trends in rehabilitation through research and education of other providers. With a keen interest in strength and conditioning, blood flow restriction training has been at the top of his studies for the past four years.
