Aimee M. Bailey, PT, DPT, RYT-200hour, has 17 years of experience in a variety of settings, but with a focus in women’s health/pelvic health physical therapy. Aimee has advanced training in assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor, pelvic pain, and orthopedic assessment of the pelvic floor through the APTA and Herman Wallace. She is a member of Global Pelvic Health Alliance (GPHAM) and the Pelvic Health Section of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).

She is a certified Clinical Instructor through APTA since 2011, training students for the last 8 years in her passion for women’s health. Liz holds a BSc and BPHE from Queen’s University; a MSc in Exercise Physiology from the University of Toronto, a MSc (PT) from McMaster University, and a MCISC (Manip) from University of Western Ontario. She is a member of the CPA and a fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physical Therapists (FCAMPT). Liz is also a Contemporary Medical Acupuncture provider.

Liz is a clinic owner and practicing physiotherapist with a specialty in pelvic health physiotherapy. She is an instructor for Rocktape® Canada, a clinical lab facilitator at the University of Toronto, and a clinical supervisor for physiotherapy students.

As an orthopaedic and pelvic health physiotherapist, Liz integrates her over 10 years of clinical expertise to provide a unique whole-body approach to wellness. Jennifer Dieter, MPT, is a physical therapist with 24 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy and sports medicine. She has achieved success in the treatment of cervical and lumbar spine, surgical and non-surgical orthopedic injuries, sports medicine, back pain during pregnancy and women’s health patients with her manual therapy skills and functional treatment philosophies. She has experience working with high level professional athletes, CrossFit athletes, "weekend warriors", and implemented a strength and conditioning program for adolescents. She is an eight-time CrossFit Games masters athlete, finishing between 9th and 5th overall from 2015-2022 and has won several recent CrossFit Masters events. She also set a National record for the USA Weightlifting in 2016 for the snatch, clean and jerk and total, in 2018 set the World Record in Weightlifting for the same events. She also won the National Championship in 2020 and won the World Championship for Weightlifting in 2022.

Julia Mitchell is a clinical physiotherapist and RockTape Instructor, with a passion for supporting women during pregnancy and postpartum. She completed her Master of Science in physiotherapy from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada, and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in human kinetics with honours from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia, Canada. Jessica Hill, PT, DPT, MSPT, CSCS, is a physical therapist who received her BA in biology and psychology at Dartmouth College. She completed her professional training at Simmons College where she earned her master’s degree in physical therapy and her Clinical Doctorate Degree in physical therapy in 2002. She is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association, certified Specialized Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) level 1 practitioner, certified Functional Movement Screen (FMS) level 1 practitioner, and a certified Functional Movement Techniques provider through RockTape. Cindi Lockhart, RDN, LD, IFNCP, is board-certified as an integrative and functional nutrition practitioner with over 30 years in professional practice. Karen Pryor, PhD, PT, DPT, CH, CFPS, has a doctorate in physical therapy and has practiced for 40 years in the field. Dr. Pryor is the owner of Health Sphere Wellness Center, an integrative therapy clinic in Nashville, Tennessee. Involved with early intervention in the birth-three population for over 30 years, she has developed neuroplasticity techniques that are used in a wide variety of settings, including homes, childcare centers, and school systems, to advanced pediatric therapy programs.
